I did this one as a player character for my son. This is Patrick Ballersen, Master Gunner of a "Furry Pirate" privateer ship. He is a wolf and it was quite difficult to find an adequate mini for him. A sketch on the character sheet decided the colors, a grey wolf wearing a red/white striped shirt.

Nice job. I love the red and white theme. Great metalics and wood. My favorite is the dagger sheaths on his back. Well higlighted brown is not easy for me.

Yes, my current favourite is a size 3 sable bruch with a sharp tip. I painted most of this mini with it, only for some small details like the eyes and the earring I used a 3/0 brush. In the end it just comes down to the tip, and the tip of a good size 3 bruch is not that much different from the tip of a 3/0 brush.
