semi,,,,,,,not full....converted i put that gem on the spear with the necron head,..... like my guys...they totally hate them some necrons

It's pretty well painted, but I don't like the base. On the backpicture it looks like you put just ordinary sand on there. And I'm not sure about the red background. The gems look good only perhaps a bit smaller white spot. The staff looks very good
