This was my first Reaper mini painted ever. Well.. The "Photo" ain't the best - becouse it's a scan :/ In fact - it looks far more better in the flesh :/

A better image would help, but one problem I can see is that you might consider a simpler color scheme. You've got red, orange, blue, two shades of green, a little bit of black - it makes everything clash and it's hard to focus on anything. Try streamlining your color scheme down to just a couple of colors - blue and green, for example - and then add an accent color in some of the small details. I'm also not sure where you were going with the skin tone; she looks purple to me. Keep practicing. Hope this is helpful. :)
