Plague Marine (Conversion)

This started life as an old metal tactical squad Space Marine but a bit of green stuff changed that. I'm most pleased with the sculpting on the piping and the skull pattern shoulder pad. I'll put up a photo of the final painted model when I get a chance to finish it! Any sculpting tips or constructive criticism on my technique?
