Vash the Stampede conversion

Vash is converted from Privateer Press' Lt. Allister Caine. Not much of Caine is still visible, basically his face, feet and a bit of coat. The paintjob is nothing special I would like to know how well I did on the conversion itself. Comments are appreciated.
