This skin tone is a good colour, and the face looks very nice. The legs look kinda rough, washes to shade skin will really accent any flaws in the underlying surface. The hair could use another few highlights.
You're at least keeping the paint in the right areas. Your paint appears to be too thick, though, since it is leaving a rough texture. Also, you aren't varying tone much within any given passage. There should be some painted-in light shading on the legs and the costume, for instance.
