Christmas wizard

Starting to get the hang of dry brushing and washes. Am very happy with the colouring on the skull, but think the Chrissy colours make him look a bit too friendy. Could of done more with the scroll, but still lack confidence when freehand painting. He is my latest addition to the family.

I agree with Sniffles, the marble(?) does kind of draw the eye. Still it is kind of fun though - I can imagine the swirling green mists!

I'd suggest more highlighting. I'd also recommend not using the add-ons to the base, or at least something smaller. The sphere is rather distracting and overpowers the mini.

You really are getting better quickly. I'll give you a 6.5 on this rounded up to 7. With some more highlights I would give you a full 7 for this.
