The face looks good and so do the gold metal bits and the choices of blue are just great. I have no idea what that blue ring is but it looks funky! This has got some massive potential - its so interesting. However its let down heavily by the base, the grey inside of the cloak and the boots. Perhaps the boots could have been a darker shade of blue, and even the inside of the cape too? I will give this 7 but it could easily make 8 with small changes.

i think it's a physical representation of another mini casting a spell. Paint some ruins on something clear and you're imagination's the limit Airhead ;) Looks good, i like it.
