This is one of the 9 15mm Universal carriers I have converted for my Flames of War Australian army. Added the hull MG, and the .50, converted up crew, and even sandbags for the front. Rather proud of the conversion work, as the vehicle is only about 1" long.

Wow! Such a tiny conversion! The crew look a little odd but they seem right in place, I like the guy in the back leaning on the railing. the sandbags were a good idea, really easy but you could customize a bunch of identical vehicles to look totally individual.
