[Inquisitor] Tech-Acolyte Fabrios

The last of my three-man entry to the Golden Demon Open Competition 2005. He was a late addition and so became much more elaborate than I had originally intended: the cowl, oxygen tanks and gargoyle head on the lasgun were all late additions to the original concept. He's a favourite of mine, though.
