I think as an evil cleric, he would really benefit from a darker colour scheme and a bit of tidying up. Use a dark ink wask on your metals to tone them down as well as on your leathers to bring out the depth. Do something with the crest on the helmet as it is a focal point on this figure. Also, just finishing the base will help make this look more 'finished'.
