Good start here. You've got the paint in the right places, and neatly too. To raise your score, the first (and easiest) thing you could do is finish the base. I've found to my cost that an unfinished base is a heinous crime to some people on here! Also, try some thin washes to emphasise darker areas and crevices and a few highlights to bring out lighter or raised areas. You should certainly be scoring a bit higher than you are currently.
