Lots of possibilities for progress. First, a decent basing job would have made this a 5. Second, weathering the blade would have helped a lot too. Finally, the picture doesn't show a lot of detail - see how the shadow falls onto the torso/legs of the figure? That's where we'd judge most of your detail work. I applaud you for posting (something I've yet to do) and hope you see some ways to continue your progress.
