Pretty good but I have a few gripes. I think teh skin tone is nicely shaded but a little too red/pink for my tastes. I'm not excited about the magenta/blue color scheme but the monitor might not be doing you justice. I think you should have put a bit of green stuff in the cracks of the arm before you painted. It's just a bit too obvious. (The seam gives this miniature that "action figure" articulated-joints look.) Still nice brushmanship and good shading.
