The general impression is pretty good, at first glance, but you have, on this mini, the same problems I often have, so I'll repeat the advice I get most often. :) 1 - Thin your paints a little more. Particularly the flesh-tones. 2 - Flesh tones require slightly sharper contrasts for highlighting, to make them show up. 3 - The highlights on the dress are well placed, but a bit too abrupt. Perhaps a wash (lots of water, one teensy drop of paint) over it, to smooth is out a little. 4 - A little more colour variety in her dress. Perhaps the ruffles about the collar in a different colour, and the corset done in something brighter, or at least not another shade of blue. -- On a brighter note, that white on the under-dress is well and smoothly done. I can't make white look that smooth. Ever. And maybe change the colour of her bowling ball. :) Or the name of the mini... Bowling sorceress...
