Winged Hive Tyrant
This is my Forge World winged tyrant that has implant attack, toxin sacs, flesh hooks, symbiote rippers, acid maw, toxic miasma and adrenal glands as well as two sets of scything talons, though one set of talons is represented by its scything wings. The scissors-like implant attack tail made of a ripper's back, some spikey bits and green stuff, the tyrant has flesh hooks from the Tyranid Warrior Sprue coming out from between its rip bones, and it has the toxin sacs on its arms and the adrenal glands on its wings from the Tyranid Biomorph Sprue. The acid maw biomorph is represented by a long, muscular tongue made of green stuff, and with little acid sacs on its chin that were cut from new genestealer sprues. The toxic miasma on its shoulders is green stuff and the cut-off tips of infestation markers. Instead of the original Forge World hive tyrant base the model is firmly pinned to a 60mm large monster base, and it stands on a rock. The name of this species is Tyranicus Praefacto Avius. This unit is part of a 2000 points Tyranid army which had the 2nd best appearance on the 2005 Eastern European Grand Tournament.
