This was modeled by my brother. Primarily based on the commander boxset with added details like the sword and legs from a Grey Knight, Bretonian shield, Forgeworld purity seals, scroll on the base from the vehicle sprue, and a little bit of GreenStuff work. I jumped at the chance when he asked me to paint it. Painted in about 12 hours.
