An excellent painted figure - good choice of colors, subdued and realistic-looking decorative detail on the body and banner, nice smooth highlights, and good gem effects. My only real criticisms would be where you "stopped" in your work - the power sword, while good, isn't bright enough IMO to look "electrical" and the "shaded" underside of his staff, etc. look to have the same color tones as the "non-shaded" upwards-facing stuff.
