I like the base and shading on the sword. The eye(s) are a little buggy (but hey, he's a goblin!). I'd recommend a layer of dull coat to kill the glare. Also, I don't know it's the image that's dark, but the armor looks like it could stand to be highlighted a bit more (closer to the helmet in color). I'd say this is a 5.5 easy (tabletop+), so I'm giving it a 6 to help boost the score. 4.3 seems low.
