raike, the sorcerer
the ruthless, and ever unpredictable raike - painted for a player in an "on again off again" campaign. i cant recall the "name" of ther sculpt, but i quite like it. for this mini i practiced various textural elements. i think the cloth came out well, and i absolutely love the dagger (i wish i had a better camera so you could see what i can) and i was pleased with the skin. things to work on: i think i couldve done the potion a bit better (i still like it), the pupils are a little too feral (man they were small eyes), and i wouldve liked a better shot of the pendant. i was going to try source lighting on the hand, but i liked the dagger too much to mess with it - so i decided its fine the way it is. comments? suggestions? enjoy
