Whats he so scared of?A rabid frog?!lol Try painting the eyes as lines of black within white....not dots.You can touch up around teh eyes with your skin color after painting the line for the pupil. This is actually easier than trying to get one little dot. You normally can't see all of someone's pupils unless their eyes are opened really wide. Also try and limit your color choices...all those primary colors make him unrealistic. Just my thoughts, hope I help. keep up the good work.
