I think you´va done a good job on this mini. The problem with your tryout for malachite is, that you can´t show the transparent aspect of it. Maybe some clear varnish can do wonders ... So it looks more like a work of Hundertwasser to me ;)

Interesting work on that sword. Some more highlights on the beard, hair and picking out the stiches on his head in another colour will help.
