Really, alverezwawa is right, you are using one light source... it is causing a lot of shadows... if the rest of the mini is anything like the sheild or the arm that I can see clearly it really is the lighting.

Don´t think the light is the biggest problem, would need to get som nicer angels I think
Thansk for the compliments on the shield. The battlemarks GW made for me, but for painting I skipped the priming and just went wild with washes. :)
first of all I suggest You to add more light when You are photographing mini...it would halp a lot;-) Imo the best part of this beastman is his shield...nice, realy nice, specialy battle marks. imho 6,5 - 7 in vote..
