A nice paintjob, the different-looking eys give him a certain facial expression. The rusty effect on his breastplate is truly good, only the medal straps could need some finer lines, then I would give you 8.

His eyes don't look even. And his left cheek looks as if it's sculpted wrong. Other than that, I like the rusty look.
