Lowered for the inquisition iconography....but very nice shading indeed!

I'm giving this one a nine in large part because you have managed to catch such an excellent pose. The action, movement and focus of the piece is fantastic. I think a little more weathering, a little dirt on the feet, would improve the piece without pushing it too far in to the typical Nurgle realm. Some action on the banner - maybe a SM icon over painted with the Nurgle discs.
