Converted deamon prince

My deamon prince for my Deathguard army. Converted from a base of obliterator legs and archons body. Head of a plaguebearer and lots of GS. Especially pleased with his scratchbuilt shoulder pad consisting of a fleshy maw complete with a tongue. His spine is exposed and flesh corroded. Body swollen and bloated, the guts forming a tentacle-like weapon. Tried some NMM-like blending on his scythe. It took a long time to complete, hope you like it. Any comments welcome.

i would change it.goblin was right, the base doesnt fit. i like the stones and flock, and the tenticle and dark angel is fine.... i think its just the red and yellow thing i dont like (though it is cool looking i think it makes the base to busy, combined with the brightness this detracts from your uber-cool DP. at the very least i would repaint the thing and its tail (the tenticle). at most i would repaint the tail and remove the head and use it elswhere. not much work and i think it would bump you score up quite a bit by changing the focal point of the mini.

Thank you for your comment. The arm is from the mutation-sprue, I think its the arm that ends with a mouth. The hand and scythe is from a WHFB chaos champion (who holds the scythe the other way around so I had to saw it in two and switch). I can see your point with the base, it isnt really THAT bright in real life. I will consider changing it since many people have critized thee base. Tack för att du tog dig tid att skriva!
