7.5+... This will be in the 8 range when you get it based. Assuming you don't do a terrible job basing it that is.... You tend to have nice looking bases though so I would doubt you would mess that up. Anyways, nice job, I've always liked your soft pastel painting style. The only aspect I don't find up to par with the rest of the miniature is the cloak.. It seems a little too solid one color. Everything else looks well done.
