Personally, I like the effect on the dress - makes it look shimmery, like gossamer wings.
About a 7.5, but up-voting to an 8 - this site is full of hard-to-please critics.
I like the effect you did on the globe in her hand. But the highlighting on the flat areas of her skirt looks a bit odd, as if she's wearing a tie-dye dress. I don't quite get what effect your were aiming for there.
