This is a repost with a better pic this time. The Lady is from I-Kore i think. Compared to the first picture i also changed the hair a bit. It´s my second real attempt in NMM. For this i think it is ok, but there surely is a lot of room for improvement, So please feel free to leave any comment.

Her skin tone looks very flat. She could use some shading where her legs meet so they don't look like a sausage. That hair color is very odd; looks greenish on my monitor.
