Dark Age Dragyri Soul Searcher

Here's another one of my latest minis painted for Dark Age. Finding a way to balance my hand/brush on this one was a particular challenge, as his his weapon is the crystal material that is supposed to be glowing. That creates a whole lot of minor OSL headaches! :-) Also, showing the difference between armor spikes and crystals forced me to concentrate a lot of my focus on very minute details. These crystal weapons are very tough to paint this way... they would be faster if they were regular metal NMM. However, if you see some of the other photos posted of my Dragyris, as well as the photo posted of this mini in the 'Discuss submissions' forum, you will see that there is a method to this madness. A cohesive apprearance was obviously essential for the rulebooks and website.

As most of your pieces truly wonderful work, but why do you spoil the pic by photo editing it too much? i understand commercial side of such actions, but c`mon you know you`re good (no need to alter the blends) and we would like to see how do you work on your models :) .
