I like the reverse side of the blade better than the front but I'm not sure why. That's a nice bright edge on the reverse which is what I would expect of a dwarf but the sigil thing on the front doesn't work for me I'm afraid. The beard which is a big feature on the figure would have benefitted from a little more work I think.
6.5..You've got a great camera, I can see everything wonderfully. I would suggest not using a wash or ink on the skin. Bring some highlights out by layering more. You've got a clean style underneath that wash!!
Your flesh shading turned out "muddy". While perhaps typical of Dwarven hygeine, you might want to highlight up the raised areas. Same for the horns. The beard could use another orangey highlight, and the silver highlights on the armour need to be blended in more. Not bad for a Talisman piece though! They're not easy minis to paint...
