Nice work here, The blending on the skintones could be smoother. The staff needs lighter highlights as the texture is getting lost at the moment, the gem looks nice though.
Colours are nice and the base is simple and effective. Maybe you could try to put some textures on the clothing to give the mini more pizzaz!
