Samurai Mini
Don't remember the name of the mini, but I got rid of the big horns that were sticking out of it's forhead, and changed the swords a bit. Swapped out the top one so that it was a katana, and shaved down the lower so it resembled a wakizashi (Instead of the two short equal length swords that were originally on it)... There's actually several shades of red on the mini, but of course, they didn't come out in the photo...
