Alpha Legion Marines are bald, without beards, darker skin, and though their armour is bright, it's not rainbowcoloured as yours.. I'm sorry, are you a hippy?
(you're just unlucky, I would have been nicer when I found your mini earlier, it just seems that noone even cares about fluff anymore, GW might as well just make some models with names and rules, no stories, no colourscemes, everbody just makes up stuff. I'm surprised, 'cus you're the first with an non-mutating Alpha Legionaire I saw today...)
