Mostly it's done to a very high standard, but there are a few things that detract from its impressiveness. The beard/hair, the eyes and to a lesser degree the pants. The beard needs more of a shape-giving and realistic highlight; as you can see now it merely brings out the higher areas, and brings them all out pretty much equally. The eyes somehow seem messier than the rest of the model; can't quite lay my finger on it. I think it may be because you have pure white directly adjacent to dark flesh colour, perhaps as though it's impervious to the shadows. And the pants. They are just not quite as smooth and interestingly painted as the flesh, which really stands out, and the metal, which is nice. Know that I only give specific negative criticisms because I like the rest of the model so much.
