Drill some holes in the bolter, REMOVE MOULD LINES, paint 'Purity' Seals (slightly inappropriate for Nurgle), add some depth to the face (inks, maybe) and you will have a very solid miniature. Nice work on the sores and colouration though.
Until you fix those issues I can only rate this a bit above tabletop quality!
