This was a legal weapon configuration before the recent white-dwarf clarifications of the 3rd ed. space wolf codex. The base reads "Wulfgar the Mighty".

I thought that was from the Space Wolves army, for a moment! but this is the new codex of space foxes! because this definitely a fox and not a wolf!

The painting on the fig needs more shading (especially on the weapons). The conversion is awful especially the wolf on the knees (!). The banner is very nice but I doubt it was painted, more like its a copy of a book...
