The NMM I am guessing is on the armor since the mace and chain look metallic. I don't think you broght the highlights up enough, it doesn't look reflective. It looks like you used a lot of inks on this one, hit it with a can of testors Dullcoat and that will remove the 'shine'. I really like the bone, but the other colours look a bit flat, I think it may be the pic though.
cool color scheme, but the wash is looking a bit flat, especially on his shoulderpad, and the freehand on the banner is really cool !! (idea + executing of it)
