Nice shield and the rest is a good foundation to build upon. There are some very easy things you can do to improve the model such as thinning your paints a bit, painting the eyes with a fine detail brush, drybrushing/ink washing for simple highlights and shading. Also, it really is worth basing the model. It's much easier than you might think and has quite an impact. I'd love to see how your work progresses because I think you're going to improve really quickly. :)
It's a some kind of tabletop, so I gave it 5. I like the way that you painted the white tree of Gondor. If I could give you an advice, I would paint the gold thing of swor a little ligther and do even one heighligth o the robe. All in all, not bad but you really have to learn much about painting miniatures. Cheers, Rafał.
