This is pretty good for your second mini! It's neatly painted and not over the lines, and you've got some nice highlighting on the robe. It's got a bit of shine, which people are probably marking down for and which also make it hard to see some of what you've done. It looks like some of your paint is a little thick/clumpy, most notably on the skull. It's usually better to thin out your paints until they flow nicely and do several coats than do one thick one. You did a good job with the grass on the base, looks more standing up than I usually manage!
Well done, you need practice of course ;) but this mini is incredibly good for a second mini! You have neatly applied a good colour scheme, and there are some impressive highlights on the cloak and the dagger hilt. All in all, a fantastic job, well done :) keep up this standard of work, you will be among the best in no time :) ~Bill
