20 cents?! Nice. And I thought my $2 Chaos Marines were a good deal ;) Anyway, nice job, though he seems a tad washed out. Also the tile base is lovely but seems rough compared to your best work. However... since I just noticed your clever use of painted-on object shadows you still get the 8 :)
