HF5401 Mary, naked female with dragon hatchling

It was Mary; 54 mm (50 mm from feet to eyes) of pure woman and 8 mm of pure dragon hackling. She is my first attempt at a large nude of this size and a good place to put into practice thinning paints to the point of glazes. The base is left without additional features because I am planning on placing her on a wooden dark stained octagonal box.

Heh, im pretty sure her thighs are actually supposed to touch. ;)

Yes, that was an annoying feature of the mini (the only real one) that I only managed to partially correct. The cojoined legs actually went further down the mini, but my small hacksaw was still too thick to really eliminate the seam with confidence. I'm just lucky that the paint mostly smoothout the rough spots where I did eliminate the seam.

well done. a nice job on a tough mini to approach. a few things though, -1 for the base/feet - a change here will dramatically improve your presentation. i notice two other problem areas as well. the dreagon looks somewhat monotone, and where it meets her hand looks a bit strange. the big thing for me is her....tenderbits area. it does look a bit like she has razor burn, but more importantly her thighs are joined together. heavier shading might help to make it look like there is a gap there. oh, one last, tiny thng - in the back photo it doesnt look like she has much of a crack.... anyhow, good job, i like it.
