OK repeat after me. Blond is not "yellow" and Red is not "red." The transparent effect is good though. Yes I don't like the mini either. A good nerid knows how to breathe and if you could throw out your ribcage that far the dinosaurs would never have died. Oh and there's something about the lips that looks odd but I can't place a finger on it.
I don't like this sculpt, there's just something very unnatural about the positioning of the body. That said, I think you've done what you can with it. The skin looks good to me, and the transparent effect is very nice. It looks as if you've had some image compression artifacts or something like that? The hair seems odd, and I'm not sure if it's the paint or the picture.
