Dire Wolf

This pooch is from my mordheim warband. I studied a few pics of real wolves before choosing colors for the fur. Even though the whole model is pretty much grey, there is IMO enough contrast with the warm brownish greys of the fur and cold, dead purple grey of the hind legs. Blood is done with a combination of tamiya clear inks and the excellent citadel inks.
