I thond think this is a soled 5 at all. I base my points on the whole of the char and I see severel pieces missing. 1 thing is the base. another is total lack of shading. The fact that its a picture that doesnt show half of the minie and the attempt of armytheme ont he gun make me downgrade the points to 3.
i do belive that basing can make or break a mini but to say that you can't give above a 4 because of it just isn't right. there are some beutiful pieces on this site and while i don't think they would have gotten the scores they got without being based you would be stoned to death for giving them 4's. this is a solid 5
