8.5 : The metal surfaces are great! The NMM is really convincing IMHO. I have more difficulty following you on the gold parts of the cloth. A slight difference in tone (probably darker) would have given a better feel on the gold fabric. Overall, I like your choice of colors. Concerning the base, the only thing that I feel really should have been added is a bit of sand/gravel to fully connect the skulls to the base. Other than that it's simple (the base) and works well!
Excellent NMM work on the figure. The blending is superb. The muted colors of the cassock contrast well with the subtle sheen of the armor. Nice base work as well.
