Great pice of work. Don't think the name has anything to do with Buffy. There's a golf course called sunningdale and my street name is Sunningdale Close (I'm not the client for this piece btw) :)

The name was the clients, but I thought it sounded Buffyesk, so I found the the font 'Buffied' in the 3000 or so on my PC asked the client if he liked it, he said yes....and there you have it. :D
