Neptune on sculpted base

This was an interesting opportunity for me to experiment with some new color schemes again. It was a private commission, so I could really feel free to do what I wanted. :-) This time, I started with GW enchanted blue, which was darkened with Reaper Blue-black. It was gradually lightened with GW rotting flesh. It made things seem a bit more "glowy", as if there were light filtering down through the water. Along those lines, I also tried to make the base colors different, so that they might look as if they were at the bottom of the sea. I had to pick through tons of my miniature seashell collection, but eventually I found things that would work well!
