Orion on sculpted base

Not quite sure who the manufacturer is on this guy. This figure is actually going to be used by the commission client for the Slaine RPG, which made me pretty jealous :-) I am running a Slaine campaign for my wife and some friends, and he would be a fantastic additon to all the minis I have been saving! I believe GW has a version of this character as well. The most difficult aspect of doing this figure was painting everything in pieces, then glueing it together, then green stuffing it, and then painting that to match. I had to resculpt a lot of the leaves on the cloak, which was a bit difficult once it was put together! Even tougher to get a brush in there. I had lots of fun with the tattoos and the freehand! More pics in a discuss submissions "Mystery Orion mini" thread.

To be precise: This is old version of GW's Orion (from 5th edition of Warhammer, I think). To the mini: I don't like the green on the blades of Orion's weapon and can't really understand the "candy-like" red spiral on the horns. The rest of the mini is quite impressive, though :)

The manufacturer on this mini are Games-workshop. It´s Orion from the wood-elf range. And now to the mini. I love it! Great NMM and fantastic green. Nice with the OSL but I think the light on the cloth are a little to strong in som places. Amazing mini anyway. 10! :)
