I like this guy a lot. This has more red than I'm used to seeing in black templar imagery and I think it works very well.
Couple things I think you could improve.
One, another round of highlights for the armor. The grey is nice and clean, but an even lighter grey, or even a white highlight would really push those armor edges. A good way to achieve a highlight like that is to get a brush with almost no paint, like you were going to drybrush, and sweep the edges with it, so the paint only sits on the verge of the armor.
The same thing could help with the cloth of the standard and the crux terminatus on the armor. Even a watered down coat of white on the ridges and light areas would really make it pop.
That's about it, just try taking it that one step further. Great job.
